Austin dance studio GO DANCE contributes to the ALSF fundraiser!

We all remember Bella Swan's ridiculous fear of dancing in Twilight. Seriously, who passes up a chance to Tango with Edward Cullen?! Yes, the girl had two left feet and was a danger magnet, but I'm sure a few dance lessons could have lessened that and had her cutting a rug with our favorite vamp.

Austin dance studio Go Dance has made a generous contribution to the "Date Night" raffle basket for the Breaking Dawn part2 premiere ALSF fundraiser event. The winner of the "Date Night" raffle basket will receive a session of group dance classes focusing on their choice of dance style!

Additionally, every swag bag will contain a Go Dance 'Newcomer Night' pass for two! Sunday night 'Newcomer Night' kicks off with a special beginner lesson covering the evening's two featured dances. Afterwards, you can stay for the Sunday Social dance to try out your new moves! Bring a friend or a date. No experience and no partner needed to attend. Social dancing is a BYOB event but punch, snacks and fun are provided.

Austin dance studio Go Dance can help you with all your dancing needs. From lessons to gear, studio rental to social dancing, you'll be covered. Go Dance teachers can instruct you in over 20 dance styles. New group sessions start every four weeks and once a month the studio hosts an Open House and Mix Party with free beginner classes in the three most popular dance styles.

Go Dance also offers it's expansive studio space for private rentals. The studio is available for rental for private group dance lessons, birthday parties, wedding receptions, more.

Hear what others are saying about Go Dance:

"Most evenings I am at Go Dance. So much so that someone once joked, "Do you live here?" If I am not taking private lessons, I am having a good time with my friends in group classes. Dancing with my Go Dance pals is waaaay more fun, a lot more alive, and a lot less fattening, than lulling my evenings away in a TV coma and buttered popcorn." -- Willi Dennis

"I had forgotten how much I enjoyed dancing until I stepped out and got myself to the studio. Go Dance has been a terrific place to learn from and be challenged by excellent instructors while getting my cardio exercise and having fun!" -- Elizabeth Arrington

Please visit the Go Dance web site to learn more about the instructors, dance styles, and to view the schedule.

Author Russ Hall donates copies of South Austin Vampire to ALSF fundraiser

Mystery author Russ Hall has a wandering, adventuresome spirit. Mr. Hall was born in Colorado, raised in Ohio, but his travels have taken him all over the country. He's lived and studied in Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Florida before finally finding home in the central Texas town of Lago Vista.

Mr. Hall is also a generous man. He has contributed two hard back copies of his novel, South Austin Vampire, to the Austin TwilightMoms ALSF fundraiser at the BD2 premiere event.

South Austin Vampire is the second novel in the Blue Eyed Indian Mystery series featuring detective Travis Treegrow. Travis has been hired to find out what's distressing nightclub singer Lola Pilloccherosi only for her to be discovered dead within the week, bloodless and two puncture marks on her neck.
South Austin Vampire has Travis searching the streets of the 'Live Music Capital of the World', name dropping Austin landmarks, searching for answers regarding Ms. Pilloccherosi's death. He soon finds himself face to face with some of the city's more sinister residents including a 'vampire cult leader' with involvement in both the local drug scene and human trafficking ring.

Russ Hall has written numerous mystery novels, young adult novels, and also poetry. Mr. Hall is a frequent guest at Texas book festivals and writers workshops. Please visit his website for a complete listing of his available works and upcoming appearances.

You can win you very own copy of South Austin Vampire by purchasing a raffle ticket during the BD2 premiere to benefit ALSF.

BD2 Movie Spoiler Alert

"Breaking Dawn 2" Gets A Post-Credits Coda

 Dark Horizons posted this:

Kellan Lutz tells The Insider (via Sugarscape) that Summit Entertainment is attaching a little something extra during the end credits of the upcoming "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2"
"They're gonna love it, and Bill [Condon, the director] even told me that, stay for the credits -- there's a really special thing happening" says Lutz.

Lutz also confirms that Condon has altered the book's original ending, but in a way that still fits in with Stephenie Meyer's work - "Every film has been building and building, and Bill Condon really had a great idea with ending the series with Breaking Dawn Part 2, and just adding a little more flavor to parts of the book that weren't there, but he elaborated more on. I think the fans are really going to enjoy it."
